Har dusri ad ya post “immunity boost” ka promise karti hai—koi drink, koi pill, koi kada. Truth ye hai ki immune system on/off button jaisa nahi; ye complex network hai jo long-term habits se strong ya weak hota hai.
Basic pillars boring lagte hain, lekin sach wahi hai—balanced diet (fruits, veggies, protein, healthy fats), adequate sleep, regular movement, stress management, aur smoking/alcohol control. Ye sab milke immune system ko support karte hain.
Koi single food—jaise ek fruit, ek herb—magic shield nahi. Vitamin C, zinc, etc. zaroor important hain, but deficiency na ho is more important than “extra zyada lena.” Supplements blindly, high dose me, long term lena without need kabhi-kabhi harm bhi kar sakta hai.
Constant handwashing, reasonable hygiene, vaccines, aur chronic diseases ka proper management immunity ke practical tools hain. Immune system ko over-stimulate karna bhi problem दे सकता है – allergies, autoimmune issues ka concept wahan aata hai.
Agar tum bar-bar infections se guzar rahe ho, bohot jaldi sick ho jaate ho, ya unusual symptoms hain, to doctor se check-up karna better hai बजाय har naye “immune tonic” pe paise kharch karne ke.
